I educate people
about wine. I show them how varied, wide and exciting the world of wine is. I attempt to show people that with so many different
countries and regions using so many different grapes and making so many different styles then it is a tragedy if we consumers
get stuck in a rut drinking nice, but predictable wine. I want consumers to spread their wings and to lead the supermarkets
to a more interesting place.
I give consumers and members of
the trade a good, solid grounding in basic working wine knowledge. This allows them in turn to give good advice and often
leads to them having a life long love affair with wine.
